The items you buy are made exclusively for you, they are not left waiting in a warehouse for someone else to buy them, that's why we believe that the order will arrive in perfect condition, however, there can always be unforeseen events!

What happens if the product is damaged during shipment?

We ask that before accepting the shipment, you take a photo of the package to show how it arrived in your hands, once the package is opened, if the product has problems, we will need you to take photos to verify the damaged goods, we will gladly send you a new product free of charge.

My order has not arrived, what do I do now?

In the case of packages that are lost in transit, all claims must always be sent within 15 days of the estimated delivery date. But don't worry, we will bear the cost of reprinting and sending a replacement order for you.

We may ask for your help before doing so, such as confirming with us that you have entered the correct address and contacting the carrier to try to locate the missing order.

Please note that if the tracking information says that an order has been delivered because the address was incorrect or because the carrier left it with a neighbour, we will not be responsible for it and will not reship the order. We are not yet able to help with complaints to the carriers, we hope that we will be able to do so soon.

In the event that the order has not been claimed or returned by the customer, reshipping charges will apply.

What happens if the recipient's address was incorrect?

If the recipient's address is incorrect, you will be held responsible. Normally the package is returned to the return address. In this case, we will contact you for an updated address. A reshipping fee will be applied to the order.

How can I report a problem with my order?

You can report problems with your order by sending an email to pedidos@nerdais.com, in which you should send the following information:

  • Attach the invoice of the order.
  • Indicate the article that has problems.
  • Describe in detail the problem with the item.
  • Attach relevant photographs whenever possible.

How long do I have to make a claim for a return/exchange if it is faulty?

Any claim for a misprinted, damaged or faulty item must be sent within 20 days from the date of receipt of the product. In the case of packages lost in transit, all claims must be sent within 15 days of the estimated delivery date.

May I return the product if I don't have any reason for it or don't want to give one?

Of course you can! If you are in Spain you have 14 calendar days, counting from when the product has been delivered, to exercise your right of withdrawal if you are a Spanish citizen, please see our Terms and Conditions.
