Data Collection

Your data is collected by the DATA CONTROLLER

Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (the “data subject”). An identifiable person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to a name, an identification number (DNI, NIF, NIE, passport) or to one or more factors specific to their physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity

As a general rule, the data collected will include: full name, address, email address, phone number, date of birth, and data related to payment methods. Other types of data may be collected, in which case the User will be informed.

For what purpose is your personal data processed

The purpose of processing the personal data that may be collected is primarily for the DATA CONTROLLER to manage its relationship with you, to offer you products and services in line with your interests, to improve your user experience, and, where applicable, to handle your requests, inquiries, or orders. A commercial profile will be created based on the information you provide. No automated decisions will be made on the basis of that profile.

The data provided will be retained for as long as the business relationship continues, provided the data subject does not request its deletion, or for as many years as necessary to comply with legal obligations

The data will be recorded in the customer file, and the processing activity will be entered in the record of processing activities that the DATA CONTROLLER is required to maintain (prior to May 25, 2018, it could also have been included in the file of personal data registered with the AEPD (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos) or the competent body of the relevant Autonomous Community).

User Rights

The User is responsible for ensuring that the information provided through this website is truthful, and is liable for the accuracy of all data they communicate. The User will keep such data updated so that it reflects an accurate, current situation, and is responsible for any false or inaccurate information provided, and for any damages, inconvenience, or problems this may cause to Alejandro Fernandez Payno (hereinafter, AFP).

This information will be stored and managed with due confidentiality, applying the IT security measures necessary to prevent unauthorized access to or use of your data, and its alteration, damage, or loss.

However, the User should bear in mind that the security of computer systems is never absolute. When personal data is provided over the internet, that information could potentially be collected without your consent and processed by unauthorized third parties.

AFP disclaims any and all liability for the consequences that such acts may have for the User, if the User voluntarily disclosed the information.

These rights will be addressed within a period of 1 month, which may be extended to 2 months if the complexity of the request or the number of requests received so requires. In addition to the above, and in connection with data protection regulations, Users who so request have the option to arrange for the disposition of their data following their death.
